Yipiyap sponsors Karate Kid, Joel

After the success of our recent self-defence workshop for tutors, we were so impressed with Joel Eccleston – the 10 year old Karate champion from Warrington who inspired the event – that we have decided to support Joel with our sponsorship.  Joel is bidding to compete in the next Olympic Games in Tokyo where Karate will be classed as an Olympic Event for the first time and yipiyap will be behind him every step of the way.  Joel specialises in a form of Karate known as Kata and is a 70 time Gold medallist at National level and World and European Silver medallist for his age category.

Yipiyap is all about young inspiring people inspiring others and we couldn’t think of anyone better to reflect that message than Joel.  We look forward to following your journey!
